Store Setup Guide

Launch your sheet-based Kommercly store in 5 quick steps.

Copy the Sheet Template

This Google Sheet is your store database. kommercly

Rules:

  • Keep the Products and store tabs.
  • Do not edit the header row.
  • Add products using the sample format.

Create Store & Get License

Scroll to the Create Store section and create your store in kommercly.

Fill the form with:

  • Your chosen subdomain (e.g. mystore).
  • Your email and WhatsApp number.
  • The link to your copied Google Sheet.

After submitting, you'll immediately see:

  • Your Store URL
  • Your License Key (LIC-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)

Configure & Personalize

In the Sheet (store tab):

  • Paste your license key into B2.
  • Fill in Store Name, WhatsApp Number, and Contact Email.

On the Deploy page (opened from "Deploy Store" in the sheet):

Assets

Upload your logo (1:1) and banner (21:9).

Theme

  • • Default – clean, simple
  • • Modern – bold, darker

Click "Deploy Now" to apply changes.

Share Sheet Access

Give Editor access to this service email so Kommercly can sync your data:
