Setup Guideline

Complete setup reference for sheet-first stores. Follow these steps once, then update anytime.

1. Create and prepare your sheet

  1. Copy the Kommercly template.
  2. Keep two tabs: Products and store.
  3. Do not change row 1 in Products except header names.

2. Required product columns

Required

  • • Product Name
  • • Category
  • • Price
  • • Availability (Yes/No)

Optional

  • • Product Description
  • • Discount Price
  • • Tags (optional)
  • • Image 1, Image 2, ...

3. Store config values

In store sheet, set:License Key inB2, plus store name, WhatsApp number, currency, and logo URL.

4. Deploy workflow (recommended)

Primary flow (no URL copy needed)

  • • Click Health Check button in your store sheet.
  • • Fix any missing fields shown in health result.
  • • Click Deploy Store button in your sheet.
  • • Done. Your storefront updates with latest sheet data.

Image upload flow

  • • Click Upload Image link from product row.
  • • Add/reorder images in gallery UI.
  • • Click Save Changes once.
  • • Deploy again only if needed for non-image edits.

5. Final checklist

  • • License Key is set in store!B2
  • • Products row 1 has correct headers
  • • Each product has name, category, and price > 0
  • • Availability values are Yes, No, or Pre Order
  • • Sheet is shared with Kommercly service account as Editor
